This program will transform a protein sequence from one letter amino acid code to three and vice versa. To alter the sequence input please select the modification type for the protein sequence, enter your sequence at the text area provided and press the Send button.

Help: Numbers, spaces, star (*) and brackets (){}[]
will be ignored in the input. The program supports and the 21st amino acid Selenocysteine (Sec).
This program will alter the input protein sequence into the one or three letters code according to the selected option.
Notice: Letters not corresponding to amino acids (B, J, O, X and Z) will be ignored.
